It’s a fun and exciting time for them, and you.

But let me ask you something. Do you know what you’re having for dinner tonight? Have you planned it, or prepped it? Or maybe you haven’t even thought about it yet. 

School nights are a gong show for most of us moms, and if you want to make it out alive with your sanity and with your health then it’s important to make home cooked healthy meals a priority.

I know it’s not always easy, which is why I’ve put together todays video where I’m sharing with you my families 5 favourite meals you can whip up in 10-15 minutes.

Dinner ain’t gunna’ just appear every night, so you do need to put some thought into it, and with these 5 recipes I’m sharing with you, all you need to do is make sure that you’ve got the ingredients, that the fish or meat is thawed and you can cook it up and put it altogether in a matter of minutes when the kids are going crazy hungry and you’re getting hangry and everyone just wants dinner NOW.
