Hey ladies, how are those September #fitgoals coming along?
I’m off to a great start, Monday mornings are my fav, and it’s the best way to start the week off for me is by working my booty🍑!
Recently I’ve been asked by a mom how she can make her current at home workout program more exciting and challenging.
She followed my instructions in last weeks video by creating her own workout routine, but now she’s ready for the next level, and was wondering what happens with these exercises once she’s mastered them and isn’t really excited or challenged by them anymore.
Basically the question is how to make a tried and true exercise such as a biceps curl or a glute bridge harder and more challenging.
And none of us want to be be bored or feel like we’re just going through the motions at the gym. (like this below👇)
As a personal trainer, one of my jobs is to make my clients exercise programs progressively harder and interesting at the same time. And I’m not talking just about adding more weight or resistance to the exercise. (anyone can do that.) I’m talking about how to really progress and make a tried and true basic exercise like the bicep curl or glute bridge for example more interesting and challenging at the same time.
So if you’re tired of the same old same old exercises, then make sure to check out these 5 ways to revamp and ignite your exercises. These are my fav 5 ways to change up my workout program and my clients workout programs.
Try it out and let me know how it goes.
