I admit, this summer has been a little bit of a summer slack off when it comes to my workouts. We’ve had long weekends at cottages, pool parties, picnics on the beach, and backyard BBQs, which has meant lots of late nights, and lots of sleeping in. And you know what that means for me? It means I’ve been slacking in my well intended early morning workouts. 

I had good intentions of  trying to make up my skipped workouts later in the day or early evening, but it’s been hard since I’ve still been training my clients, and running my group classes, plus creating the best YouTube content and making it a high priority this year. And by the time I pick the kids up from daycare and camp, and then take them to swimming lessons, it just doesn’t leave a lot of time left in the day for MYSELF.

The working hours are short!

So the thought of taking a whole hour to fit in a workout sometimes gets lost in all the work I need to complete, and I just want my workouts to be done, and done quickly, which is why I created this less than 15 minute Booty Lifting Workout at Home using only the stairs as your equipment. 
If you’re in the same boat as me and your workouts have taken an ‘ahem’ back seat, then make sure to do this stair only leg and butt workout. It’s less than 15 minutes but I promise you will be sweating, burning body fat and building muscle all at the same time!
