I ain’t gunna lie.
Early motherhood was tough, and many times boring.
Especially the times when baby was just lying on the ground doing her thing. I struggled to stop myself from scrolling through Instagram and Facebook.
And yet this was my new life. Every.Single.Day.
It was boring & exhausting.
Many of my new mom clients tell me the same thing: they’re bored and they want something productive to do while they are spending time on the floor with their baby.
So for many of them I schedule a quick little leg workout that they can do on the floor.
It’s prefect, they can still lie on their side and do the leg exercises at the same time as play with baby, and there is no equipment required other than your own body weight. Because this type of floor workout has been such a hit with my clients, I’ve created a similar one for you too!
