If you’ve seen any of my Instagram workouts you know my workout location of choice is my basement gym. But I’ll also have you know that I’ve worked out at many different gyms and studios and tried many different types of exercise styles:
-Kickboxing
-Pole workouts (those women are STRONG)
-Cycling
-Aerobic studios
– F45 training
-Orangetheory
But there’s one thing all of these other workout locations and gyms require that I just don’t have time for.
They all require TIME.
- Time to commute to and from the gym.
- Time to take out of my hectic schedule.
- Time to figure out what to do with the kids.
While I loved doing these things BK (Before Kids, life has become hectic and scheduling in a workout is sometimes a hassle. And while I love the Orangetheory type of strength HIIT workouts, time was always the biggest challenge, and is also the biggest obstacle that many of my clients have.
So that’s why I created this Orangetheory inspired butt and leg workout that you can do without leaving your home, and using only minimal equipment.
