But one of the postpartum changes I see with my clients, and that I experienced myself was the flat butt.
Aka mom butt.
You know the flat butt syndrome that seems to happen to some moms after pregnancy.
For me, my butt just wasn’t the same.
It was flat.
It was a bit saggy.
I needed to do something about it ‘cause I was tired of hiding behind long shirts.
