MORE than just a stroll in the park!
This mommy and me fitness class aka Strong Mom Stroller Fit will help you regain your strength safely, banish brain fog, alleviate aches and pains, relieve stress and anxiety, and firm your thighs and tone your tush! This class is suitable for all fitness levels and babies in strollers are welcome. If you want to leave your baby at home, that's cool too.
Strong Mom Stroller Fit is a great way for mom and baby to be outdoors and get your 'sweat on.' Classes are 60 minutes long and are designed for the postpartum healing body. This class is all about increasing our cardiovascular system, building and strengthening our muscles including deep core and pelvic floor and correcting our posture and alignment.
Mamas must have their doctors clearance before starting any postpartum fitness activities.
Location: Richmond Green Park in Richmond Hill,Ontario (1300 Elgin Mills Rd E)
Date: Wednesday's starting September 11th to October 30th, 2024 (8 classes, rain or shine)
Time: 11:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $199 (includes tax)

- Sturdy Stroller: fancy jogging strollers not required
- Supportive Shoes: no flip flops please
- Dumbbells: set of 2lbs - 5lbs
- Waterbottle: you need this as you are going to sweat
- Baby Carrier: optional for babies who want to be close to mama rather than be in their stroller
- Toys, Snacks, etc.: the usual things you'd bring to occupy your child when on an outing
