This granola is so easy and so tasty. Basically I just throw open my cupboards, see what seeds I have and throw it them in a bowl, bake and use in placement of store-bought granola which is always so full of refined white sugar.
This granola recipe will keep you satisfied all morning and is chock full of minerals and vitamins, and is so versatile I use it to top my apple and pear crisp. Stay tuned for that recipe!

Enjoy as breakfast or snack over yogurt, kefir or with milk, add raisins or fresh berries and more cinnamon if you like!
